Lavonya K. Chapman

Lavonya was one of my instructors while I was in paramedic school in the early 80s. She was amazing.

I am so sorry to hear of Lavonya's passing. I worked for Lovonya at Gaines, Wolter & Kinney and was always very fond of her knowledge and work ethic. My condolences to her family and friends.

I had the honor of working with Lavonya over the last 6 years. She was so knowledgeable and so helpful. One of the most intelligent people I've ever met. She will be sorely missed. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I had the pleasure of working with Lavonya at Optum. She always took time out of her busy schedule to answer a question or explain all things CMS to me. She will be missed very much and I have her family in my thoughts. God bless.

The shock and grief of Lavonya's passing is equally shared by all who knew and loved her, her co-workers' as well. She was definitely someone I consider a friend, as well as a co-worker and mentor. Lavonya was a smart, kind, and loving friend. She was my " call a friend " life line . She knew so much but if she did not know she knew how to find out . The world lost a great one . You will be missed dear friend.
