Lawanda M Rodgers (nee Tyler), passed away peacefully December 1, 2020 at the age of 92. Her family recently celebrated her birthday with a "card shower" which resulted in 104 birthday cards. Lawanda was amazed at the outpouring of love to celebrate her big day.

They had Very fond memories of Mrs. Rogers making them homemade french fries, pudding all kinds of good snacks when they would get home from school. We all loved Mrs. Rogers very much and would have been there today if I Had not just seen it at 12:30 today.

Your mom was a faithful member of Cardinal Chapter. I remember us asking her multiple times to run for low chair. She just smiled and said no thank you. She was a faithful registrar for our meetings. I will remember your mom and family in my prayers. God bless her...
