Not sure what to say?

Please accept my sincere condolences and find comfort in God's word. Psalms 90:10

I remember while growing up in Phelps, my mother was a waitress in good restaurants forever, and I guess new a lot of owners. I can remember my parents taking us to eat at a place called Specks a lot as kids. I can remember Larry always coming by the table to talk to my mother and making sure our meal was good. He was a good man as I remember. Also belated thanks for his service.

My sympathy goes out to the Family during your time of grief. A long life well lived will surely be missed. May you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends and knowing that God is near when our hearts are broken.

Speck's Restaurant (now Cross Park)

"Speck" hosted the Newark Rotary Club at his restaurant for many years, and was our guest at a Rotary meeting when he turned 100.

I have only been at Ashton Place since Dec. but got to know Larry very well. He was one of the sweetest men ive ever known. He always made me laugh and was such a gentleman. I am truly honored to say that i was a friend of this remarkable man and will always remember his wisdom.

Mary Jane and Val....so sorry for your loss. A remarkable "102"...we should all be so lucky!!! thoughts and prayers being sent your way!!!
