Not sure what to say?

I spent many a great day with LJ and will miss him. I tried to find him a few times and regret I was in Houston while he was sick. He was a great guy and a great friend. Steve Trotter

Although I lost contact with L.J. over the years, I still cherish the friendship we shared when I lived in Clear Lake City. He will always remain a special friend to me, a sensitive, caring man who greatly influenced the course of my life and taught me so much in the short time I knew him.
A friend. . .
Kaye

L.J. was a great guy, good friend and neighbor for many years. I have a lot of good memories, especially playing ball longer than we should have. He will be missed by many.

God bless LJ Corcoran. He was a fine leader and a gentleman. He built a legacy of integrity throughout his career at NASA's Johnson Space Center.

L.J. will be missed by his college teammates and friends who got to know him again in recent years. He told me a couple of years ago that some years earlier he had returned to the Christian faith of his childhood and was in regular attendance at his local Assembly of God church. His support of another teammate stricken with ALS was amazing as he made several trips from Houston to Kansas to support him even while undergoing cancer therapy himself. My visit with him in Houston last Spring...

My dear friend L.J. was always there. May he rest in the arms of the Lord. Dick Beverlin

It was a unique pleasure to have worked with and for L.J. on NASA's Space Shuttle Program. He was such a caring person. We can all take pride in having such a man of integrity as our friend.

L.J. was my first friend, and my best friend. I will miss him dearly. He made it to our 50th wedding anniversary, and I had no idea this would happen so sudden. Thank God I was able to visit with him and his family. God's Peace be with you L.J. and your Family.

L.J. was just such a good guy. My husband worked with him for years, and he sort of took me under his wing when I first started out at NASA, and he was always so congenial, and looking out for the troops and the younger folks, never concerned with himself. Just a good guy, a friend, and a pleasure to know.
