Not sure what to say?

Dr. Crain was an inspiration to healthcare professionals, in life, as well as in death. The world is a poorer place now that he is gone from us. At the memorial service, you asked that he be remembered. You have my word... we will never forget.

Lilly,
Im your cousin Awilda, Marilyn's sister. I felt it in my heart to let you know how sadden we've been since hearing about Chris' tragic departure. Our prayers are with you, Jose, Mr. and Mrs. Crain and family. I was fortunate to have
met him at your wedding. Even during this time of great sorrow Im sure you must feel proud to have been part of his life. May God give you comfort and peace and encouragement to go on as I am sure that is what Chris would of wanted you to do....

Dear Lily, Jose and Family:

My heart goes out to you at this very difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Please know that the Lord will give you strength that surpasses all understanding during this time. Chris was a great man and a great father and husband. I only met him a few times but know that he was a very good, kind man who loved you and Jose dearly. Please keep in mind that you have family in Ohio who is there for you, all you need to do is call. Please...

Dear Mr. and Mrs Crain, Lilly and Jose,
Once again I wish to express my condolences on Chris' death. I appreciated the opportunity at his memorial service to have had a chance to share our views about Chris as a physician, an educator, an administrator and a valued personal colleague at the Cleveland Clinic. Those of us who were involved in his training are pleased that that we will be reminded regularly of his legacy here in a formal way at our annual "Lawrence 'Chris' Crain Memorial...

Dear Lilly,

My deepest sympathies and condolences on your loss. As you know, I have known Chris when he was a resident and you remember I was overjoyed when the two of you got married because I felt that this was indeed a union made in heaven. I still think its that and feel very greatly for your loss.

May God Bless You and Give You Strength To Go On. I am sure Chris will never leave you.

Very Best Wishes,

Adi Mehta

Family- you are in our prayers...

Chris will be missed.

NOW UNTO HIM WHO IS ABLE TO KEEP YOU FROM FALLING....MAY THE LORD GIVE YOU PEACE IN THE MIST OF YOUR STORM.

Because I work in the GME Dept. at the Cleveland Clinic I knew Chris and worked with him on many things all thru his residency, his Chief year and his fellowship trainning. He was a wonderful person and always a pleasure to work with and he was a fine physician. My condolences to the family and I am saddened by your loss and the loss to the medical community. Gene E. Jenkin, Grad. Med. Education, CCF.
