Not sure what to say?

"Dad" Larry... That's what we called you. You came into my life in the early 80's, when you married my mom. You were a wonderful husband, companion and friend to her until her passing in 1998. You welcomed me as your daughter immediately, and my husband Joe as your son. Your hugs were contagious, and your crazy "straw" paper out of your nose tricks, always made me laugh.
Your sense of humor, and your smile will be missed the most.
I love you, and will always hold you dear to my...

Larry is a kind and loving man who accepted all without condition. I will miss his teaseing and hugs. I greatly appreciate the companion and friend he was to my mother after my father died. I will miss you!!!

"Grandpa Larry" was the kind of person that made anybody proud to be related to. He donated his time for the needy and even sent my kids cards on their birthdays and the holidays. He was my last surviving grandparent and I will miss him, especially since he always had a kind word to say and never let a situation get him down. He was an example and inspiration to me, and I will carry him in my heart always.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I know that my dad would have enjoyed it that almost all the service went just as he laid it out... with just a little bit of "Serendipity" that it actually made some of us chuckle though the tears... and I hope he's pleasantly surprised that all of us daughters, granddaughters and GGDaughters were Honorary Pallbears along with all the boys :-) ...

There were so many cousins, etc. and church brothers & sisters there that it felt like a great big [[hug]]... I miss you, Daddy......

You were my kids' favorite Grandparent of all time. There was something cool about you running away to join the Navy at 14, and your missing finger tip that you liked to tap on the table for them just added to your charm. You accepted and loved everyone just as you found them but never stopped trying to help them become their better selves. You were loved, and will be missed. Your Granddaughter and family.

I was a still a kid when Larry and his dad, Uncle Myron Crandall, built an addition to our home on Broadway in Mesa. My sincere condolances to all of Larry's family and to the rest of Myron and Lizzie's family. I am one of the younger Crandall cousins, son of J. Edwin and Zelma Crandall Miller.

I am so glad our family had the opportunity to get to know you during these past years. You were always smiling and happy. We will all miss you and the friendship you gave our family and mother.

Larry Crandall was and still is a great man. I have appreciated his great attitude and wonderful smile during the all to few years that I had the pleasure of knowing him. This world is a little less and heaven is a little brighter now. My sympathy to his family. We all will miss him till we meet again.
