Not sure what to say?

I cannot tell you how sorry I was to read this news. My thoughts are with the whole family at this time.

Larry will be missed greatly. He loved his music and he loved his computers.

To the Davis families: Please know you are all in our hearts and prayers. Mark talks so fondly of all of you and I know this time must be heart breaking for all of you. May God bless you and keep you in his warm embrace. Linda Howard-Harter

Dear Marian,
You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers here at The Bank of Clarendon. May God continue to be with you and guide you through this sad time in your life.

I will not be able to attend the funeral, but I want to express how much I - as a fellow Board member - enjoyed meeting and briefly getting to know Larry as the new Treasurer of the Mediation and Meeting Center of Charleston. We will miss his exceptional enthusiasm, energy and talent. In the short time he spent working on this new Board, Larry devoted many hours to several different projects, and he was someone we looked to for expertise in many areas. I am so sorry to know that he will no...

Dearest Reavis, Pat, Gail, Carolyn, Lil, Hugh -- Please accept my heartfelt condolences. I have so many wonderful memories of all of you in that happy home on the island and remember Larry's trips home to a very proud and loving family. It's amazing how friends drift away but the love lingers on. You each hold a special place in my heart, as do those fond memories from the early 1970's when we were "a family." To you, and to Larry's wife, children, grandchildren, and extended family and...

To Larry's family,

I've been out of touch since Larry visited me in Atlanta back in the 90's; Jann & Bud Owens contacted me with the sad news. I'm very sorry for your loss. Larry was one of the most positive people I've known, with a terrific sense of humor. I can still remember listening to Jonathan Winters records during breaks in band practice at the Davis house on Sullivan's Island back in our high school days, and the band (Larry, Bud & me) playing at Lark Pickett's birthday...

My thoughts and prayers are with all of the Davis family during this difficult time. I will have many fond memories of Larry and the times we shared over a cold drink, or listening to his music, or the times that he bailed me out of a computer problem. He will definitely be missed.

Dear Marian,
I was very sorry to hear about Larry's passing. I am constantly lifting you up in prayer during this difficult time. I will be in touch! Cathy
