Not sure what to say?

I just happened to be thinking of Dr D since I now have grandchildren. I came across this and I’m so deeply saddened. Dr D was one of my all time favorite docs. My first born was in 94 and from that time till we moved to another state Dr D was their pediatrician along with a few others from the practice. I can remember vividly when my daughter needed her polio vaccine and him calling CHOP because I was immunosurpressed. He went out of his way to get the infectious disease docs on the phone...

Dr. D was my pediatrician from as far back as I can remember in the early-mid 80s until I was too old to continue seeing him. Memories of him happened to pop into my head a few nights ago and I wanted to look him up as I now have a child of my own and saw that he is no longer with us. I'll never forget his very distinctive voice and him telling me that I had spaghetti in my ears. As a child I was scared to go to the doctor but as soon as he walked into the room I felt comfort. He made you...

My son was a patient of Dr. D's from his birth in 1996 up until he left for college in 2015. I was a teenager when I had my son and at each appointment, I can remember him telling me what a great job I was doing and how I was growing, along with my son, into a fine young woman. It was little things like that, that made him such a great doctor. His warm manner and encouraging attitude made you feel like he really had your and your child's best interests at heart. He always greeted us by name...

I just found out about the passing of Dr. D.
My family and I are deeply saddened by this terrible loss by all that knew him. He was a wonderful husband and father. One of the most dedicated doctors I have known and also a great friend.
My children started with him as infants in 1980. He was a wonderful man who always made time for everyone except himself. My children were never upset going to the doctors for a checkup because they knew they were going to see Larry.
When my...

Dr. Deutsch was my son's doctor until he became an adult. Here's a great example of the kind of person he was as well as a doctor. My son got sick one evening after office hours and started hallucinating from a high fever. I was so scared that I called his answering service and he called me right back. I was crying but he said he would meet me at his office, to knock on the door, he would be in his socks but to bring him over. He gave him a great exam and prescribed medication. I am so...

I just found out about Dr Deutsch's passing. I am so sorry for your loss. My 3 boys were his patients. He was the most patient, caring, and thorough pediatrician. I will never find another doctor to fill his shoes. My boys all loved him. I will miss him.

Dr. Deutsch was simply the best. There are no words that can describe how wonderful he was. He not only took care of the kids but he helped the parents too with his calm and reassuring demeanor. He was one of a kind and he will be greatly missed. We were so lucky to have him as our pediatrician. Our prayers are with your family at this difficult time.
