FAIRFIELD ‹ A funeral for Lawrence ³Larry² C. Dobson, 72, will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday in Fairfield Funeral Home with the Rev. Jasper Lea presiding.
Mr. Dobson died Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2003, at his home in Suisun City following an illness.
A native of Chester, Pa., Mr. Dobson lived in Suisun City 33 years. He served in the U.S. Air Force 22 years before becoming a truck driver. Mr. Dobson was a member of the Golden Nugget RV Club of Sacramento.
Mr. Dobson is survived by his wife, Char Dobson of Fairfield; daughter, Alisa Freeman of Fairfield; sons and daughters-in-law, Dana and Estella Dobson of Sacramento, Allen and Angela Dobson of Sacramento and Kym and Bridgette Dobson of Cordelia; special friend, Zel Williams of Galt; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday from 4 p.m. until the service at 6 p.m. at Fairfield Funeral Home.
Burial will be at Beverly National Cemetery in New Jersey.
