My condolences. He was a very kind man. He and Richard Amelar looked at my case in the mid-1960s and operated. It didn't help. But these two men got me through a very sensitive moment in my 20's and in my marriage. In the end, a divorce. In the end, a second marriage to a woman with three children that has lasted 42 years and a family created in a different way. Dr. Dubin helped make this possible. All these years later I remember him as a good guy.

We were fortunate to know Larry and Reggie for decades. They are wonderful friends, and Larry was a very supportive colleague of our late husband and father, Dr. Alvin C. Weseley. A visit to the Dubin's home was always a treat. We appreciated their warmth and hospitality, and the generosity with which they shared their interest in art.
