I am saddened to learn of Larry's passing. I remember our days at Mt. Brook Elementary very fondly. Years later when I saw Larry, I would always think of the song, "Forever Young" because it was so true, both for Larry and Betsy. My sincere condolences to the family.

I am Kay Dumas Lusco, daughter of James Harvey Dumas and Katherine Hewes Dumas. I have never met Larry but know there was a distant connection. I am sorry that another Dumas has passed away; we are now very far and few. My brother (Jim) died 5 years ago at the age of 55, both of my parents are gone, and there will be no more Dumases from this family tree. I do have a son, Eric, but his name is Lusco and he has no sons to date (he is 35). The only other boy in Larry's generation off of...
