Lawrence A. Feldman

Lawrence A. (Alvan) Feldman, born on October 11, 1938 in New York, New York, passed away at age 80 on November 17, 2018 in Boynton Beach, Florida. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a doctorate in microbiology. For many years he was Associate Dean of the New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ. His last full time position was at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey as Vice President in the Office of the President. At the time of his death Larry was married to Rachel Sheppard Feldman, who he married in 2004. He was predeceased by his first wife, Patricia Susan Feldman, to whom he was married from 1961 until her death in 2000. He is survived by his daughter, Heidi Li Feldman and his sister, Fran Gordon. For most of his adult life, Larry resided in West Orange, NJ. From 2004, he divided his time between residences in Annapolis, MD and Boynton Beach, FL.
