Not sure what to say?

Dan, Ann and family, so sorry to hear of Larry's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. Love, Tim, Bev, TJ and Trisha

I remember Dr Forthover spending many late night hours caring for our sick horses, and working with all his knowledge to save those in critical condition. His expertise and devotion to his profession was a comfort to our family over many years, and his enthusiasm for life and his outgoing and friendly nature made him a cherished friend of the family for life. My brother Al spent many hours shadowing Larry in his practice which helped Al to decide his direction in life, and this eagerness to...

Marsha,
What a wonderful man Larry was. What a synergy and interdependence you had together. To hear of the hunting stories, the filling in for each other at Forever Pets, to see the beautiful environment you two built together. I am awed by your relationship, by your love, by the stories and thanks of so many people for the contributions Larry made for their lives. My love is with you. .

Marsha,
I'm very sorry about your loss. I wish I had known your husband. He did good work, as I'm sure you do.Robin and I have animals all around us from our two cats, to the various salamanders on the property, to the box turtle who used to to lay her eggs in the yard every June to ande the bull, who lives up the road. Anyone who looks after animals has our special respect. I hope you can allow your friends to support you in ways they are able. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers....

I remember when Doc was just opening his practice, my family and I were friends and stopped by to visit when we could.. He was always full of life and caring. He was especially kind to an 11 year old boy who when I could would follow about and do odds and ends.. The world lost a rare soul. Rest in peace my friend.

Rest in peace, Dr. Forthofer.

Doc was an inspiration by the way he lived his life. He lived every day to the fullest, always moving in "warp" speed. I have many wonderful memories working as his first vet tech, and he inspired me to reach for my dream of becoming a veterinarian. Doc was the best. Lynne
