Lawrence Raphael Freedman

Dr. Freedman was a treasured mentor to me as a medical student in the early 1970s. He was kind, thoughtful and supportive to students and house staff, and a terrific role model as a physician and scientist. I am pleased he had a long and productive life. My sympathies and belated condolences to his family, friends and colleagues.
