I was one of the people in Larry's car pool from Midvale to Hill Field. I remember the green Econoline van we rode in. I always got to ride in the front and Reed and George rode in the back. Larry was a quiet, pleasant guy. I have thought about those days often. He said if we wanted to have an evening's entertainment for free, just go to city council and listen in. He was right.
