Lawrence L. Higgins

Bud was the epitome of strength yet grace and kindness. He was a natural born leader and truly a mans man. Ive known Bud for forty-four years. He showed his family how to live a life of integrity. Even in his passing he exuded that strength and grace. In all that time I witnessed his love of family and friends. He is very much loved and will be sorely missed.
God Bless you Bud and may you Rest In Peace in the glory of god and those who have passed before you.
