New London, NH-Our Little Man has returned home. After a courageous and heroic four years, Lawrence Craven Holdsworth V, "Cray" died on Dec. 17, 2006 surrounded by the love of his family and friends. His tiny little body is finally at rest.
Those left behind to miss him and to go forward forecer touched by his peace, dignity and strength are his Mom and Dad, Suzy and Larry Holdsworth IV. Sisters, Alexis, Cameron and Lausen Holdsworth. Grandparents, Joanne Whiting, Mike and Jeraldine Easterling and Suzanne and Larry Holdsworth III. Great grandparents, Ed and Eleanor Sherry. Uncles, Mike, Scott and Jim Easterling and Jason Feinman. Aunts, Stacie, Estelle and Carol Easterling and Lynn Holdsworth. Many other extended family are remembered as well.
Our family has been supported and nurtured by multitudes of love and prayers over the years spanning from California to New York City. Our gratitude to all that have taken the time to include Cray and our family in their thoughts and hearts.
Cray was never able to walk or talk. He never hit a home run or scored the winning goal. His accomplishments were far greater. His existence taught depth, perspective and love. His nature exemplified beauty and peace. He knew nothing else and he gave nothing less. We will go forward forever changed and in anticipation of holding him again.
A Memorial Mass to celebrate his life will be held on Wed., Dec. 20, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. at Our Lady of Fatima Church, Main Street, New London, NH. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation (UMDF), 8085 Saltsburg Road, Suite 201, Pittsburgh, PA 15239.

Dear Cray's Family,
There is a scripture passage about the untimely death of a young man. It speaks about his work in this world being finished and the Father wanting him to come home. I believe that Cray is safely, happily home.
My thoughts and prayers are with his loved ones who will be missing his grace-filled presence in their lives.
God bless you.

Dear Suzy & Larry,
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Bob used to come home from work with Suzy and commented many a day how well you carried on. He had tears in his eyes many a day. Cray will join Bob and Christopher in heaven and my hope is they hold him close - one more angel on our side. I would see Cray daily being pushed in his stroller and think "wow, what a fighter!" We were all blessed knowing him, his strength, passion for life, and...
