Not sure what to say?

Father Hunt once told me..."two things about God, He can't count and He has a bad memory". Rest in Peace, my friend.

Father Larry was probably the most kindly pastor I have ever known. We have lost a great servant of God, good shepherd and friend.

Fr. Larry is and was truly an "Angel Among Us". His kindness, sweetness and generosity are immeasurable! He will remain in my heart and prayers forever. Thank you God for letting me have him in my life.

WHAT JESUS TAUGHT FATHER LARRY WAS. HE WAS THE BEST EXAMPLE FOR EVERY HUMAN BEING TO FOLLOW.

Being near Fr Larry was always like taking a cool drink of water in a parched world. He allowed Christ to flow through him so generously that it refreshed and invigorated the hearts and souls of all around him. Our world, our Church and our family will deeply miss you.

I am really saddened to learn about Father Hunt's passing away. He was the Rector of De Nobili School in Jealgora, India in the late 1960s when I was a student there and I learnt a lot from him. He left a lasting impression on me by his sincerity, caring personality and by being a very kind man. I thought about him often and wanted to meet with him. I will miss him.

"I just want to thank you, Lord"
You were our shepard. You were the "Christ like priest" we will remember forever. We are elated we got to tell you how much you meant to us. To your siblings, thank you for sharing your twin brother, and brother with the world and our faith community at St. Benedict the Moor.

It was with deep sadness that I received the news about Father Larry. My years in ministry with him at St. Benedict the Moor are remembered with great fondness.
May God be most generous in blessing your family.
Sincerely,
Larretta Rivera-Williams, RSM

Father Hunt had the uncanny ability to see right inside you. His intuition was profound and at times could even be somewhat unnerving. How could someone be so in tune with people, so understanding? He also had a tremendous ability to communicate with everyone, young and old, parent and child, man and woman. His counsel and his sermons flowed through you, enveloped you and guided you. His messages burrowed directly into your mind and heart planting seeds that could and have transformed...
