This is Memorial Day week-end and I can't help but think of the memories you have left us. We love you very much, Larry, and always will. Thank you for your service to our country, first being in the Navy for 23 years and then 10 years in the Merchant Marines. It was an honour to call you my Brother. It is Christmas day and I can't help but think of you with loving memories. You are deeply missed, profoundly loved and always present in our hearts. Little did we know that morning, What sorrow the day would bring, Our loss was great,The shock severe, To part with one we loved so dear, We could not say our last good-bye, For you were gone before we knew and only God knows why.
