I just saw the information about Larry's death. My condolences to his family. Larry and I knew each other in Lawrence High School. We lived 2 blocks away from each other. In 1969, I think it was, we traveled through Europe as well as worked on a kibbutz. It was a wonderful, memorable time. I had the pleasure of meeting Larry three years ago and throughout these years, got to know and appreciate what a wonderful, kind, and genuine person he was. Larry and his wife Liz were very welcoming to me in every way possible. I will treasure the times spent with him and miss him dearly.

Larry was one of my closest friends, and we shared many times driving together to Long Island and meeting each other's family.
