Not sure what to say?

The LORD allowed me the priviledge of knowing Brother Lewis when we both worked in Newport News Shipbuilding. We spent many lunch hours together sharing the Word and fellowshipping. He was a good man who blessed my life.

We regret we were in New York City during the time of the Memorial Service for Pastor Lewis. We have known this gentle giant for many years. Because of our missionary service we connected with Pastor Lewis. He had opportunity to go to places in Africa that the tourists never saw. May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

To the Lewis Family,
To those of us who truly know the Lord, this is a time of celebration. Your father has lived an exemplary life, all for and to the glory of the Lord. I am honored to have been a neighbor and friend to the family. May God continue to bless and keep you and your family during this celebration.

My deepest condolences to the Lewis Family. I never knew Pastor Lewis personally, and didn't know til now he was a native of Raleigh NC, but his reputation for Kindess and Love for mankind encompassed the community and abroad. May his Loving Legacy live on through those who knew him best. Receive God's comfort now and trust him to carry you through...Jesus is ever Faithful!

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

My condolences to you Carolyn, I know its a sad time for you, but JOY comes in the morning and the Lord will fill your heart whith gladness. I will miss my Father-In-Law. The good family times, the talks, the trips to Raleigh, the tent meetings, the bowling where he always tried to beat me, but most of all I will miss his heart, because dad had a big heart for all.

To The Lewis Family,
My heart was sadden to hear of the passing of Bishop Lewis memories of him from Ellen Rd to Powhatan he truly taught me alot about my Lord and Savior. Keep your heads up to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord and there is where he longed to be. God Bless
