"There will never be a more caring and generous person than himself"......I remember working for Whitey at his apartment complex, the guy made us work a full day on Christmas when everyone else in the company and in all of the other sites had off, he bought us a box of popeyes chicken, like literally enough for one piece per person with no sides... a generous guy he was indeed!

Whitey was a class act; sharp as a tack when it came to business, but a real gentleman as well. It was always a pleasure to see or talk with him, and I will miss him tremendously.

I was so sorry to hear of Whitey's death. My father, Abe Sandler, has truly lost his best friend. Daddy told me recently that they have been friends for well over 60 years. He visited Daddy about a month ago at the nursing home and Daddy was so glad to see him. Just wanted to let you know he will be missed very much. Also, you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
