Wow, it's been 4 years and your loss is still so fresh on my heart. The memories of walking into your office at Headquarters and the laughs and good times. The calendar marked 2 years since you left us. My grief still feels fresh. I am comforted daily as I continue to feel your presence, your guidance and your love that transcends death. I hear you speak to me at times. Sometimes I hear your laughter. I suppose if you have been reunited with all of those whom you loved and missed so dearly, and can still watch over Dad and me as well as countless family and friends who still miss you dearly, well, that must be a good place. No suffering for you....

My sincerest condolences to Mr. Lum's family and friends. He was one of my most favorite patients and my heart breaks to hear of his passing! He was a wonderful, sweet man who always had a smile, a kind word or a funny story. He will truly be missed!
