Still remains as one the most influential men in my life ...

As a student at HHS,I remember Larry Lundgren as a well-liked teacher who sang at my graduation banquet. I also taught with his wife, Bert, a well respected teacher and colleague.

Probably the most influential man in my life... was a mentor and later a close friend of the highest regard ... he, his intellect and wit will be sorely missed ... Wayne Freeman

Our family always enjoyed the trips Alan and Bert made to Florence Alabama many years ago to visit us. One time they invited our family to Munster Indiana and they gave us a tour on downtown Chicago and all the tourist attractions. Alan went out of his way to drive use to Lake Michigan so we could see the lake. Our family was most gracious of him.That was a trip we never forgot. What a wonderful couple.
