I was surprised to hear of Mr Mayberry's passing and send my condolences to his family. Mr Mayberry was my teacher in 6th & 7th grade as well, and my favorite! Although I hated social studies as a kid, I loved having him for a teacher. I remember a few years back I was surprised when I went to a yard sale and discovered I was at his house! He was happy to chat with me, and remembered me from school with a big smile! He will be remembered always, and truly missed. R.I.P. Mr Mayberry

Larry and I go back a long way. My husband Gerry was in the class of 53 with Larry. Later I had the good fortune to work with Larry at Morgan for eleven years. He taught all five of my children. He was always so pleasant and had a smile on his face and a great sense of humor. He was one of the good guys and I will miss seeing him around town. Job well done Larry. My condolences to Jan and the family.

Larry was my teacher at Morgan always enjoyed him, fun teacher. then working for the school district I got to see Larry as a person instead of a teacher, we were on the same bowling team on Monday nights also. then I would see Larry at Central football games. I will miss seeing him around.
