Not sure what to say?

I met Larry when I arrived in St. Louis for a pre-matriculation program at St. Louis University Medical School. I remember his bright, energetic little carmin gia which so matched his open, ebullient personality. Through the years we kept crossing paths, especially during the year of pediatric residency which we took together. Larry could always be relied upon for good care and good humor. Even though we had not spoken for probably 15 years, I still felt a painful loss when I read the...

Dr. McBride saved my boyfriend's best friend's life and he saved my Father's life. My heart and prayers are with Brenda at this time.

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. McBride at St. Lukes/Mayo Clinic a few years ago. Always enjoyed his forthrightness and honest opinions and talking about cars and motorcycles. Prayers for him and his family.

Dr. McBride,
You were an awesome doctor at Florida Hospital Orlando. You saved so many patient's even though you were only at our hospital for a couple of months. You will always be remembered for your excellence in the healing ministry of Christ. You knew how to keep us on our feet and it felt like we were running a 5 mile marathon. You will be greatly missed.

...continued....... his face when he said..."I am going to be a doctor and he was one of the best as he never lost his passion to heal...my heart breaks for his family, Love, Ann

We grew up with Larry and Shirley as neighbors and ultimately as cousisns! I will never forget the time we had dinner at Aunt Nadines home and we were talking to Larry about becoming a pharmacist instead of a doctor...his response and the look on his face will always stay with me when he said, "I am going to be a doctor!!" and he was one of the very best;never losing his passion and committment to his patients...he was a wonderful son, brother and dad and friend...I still do not want to...

Larry was such a wonderful man. His dedication to healing others was truly amazing. My heart is breaking for your loss. He is irreplaceable!
Love,
Cathy

May you find comfort with family and friends during this difficult time. I went to school at St. Francis de Sales with Larry - he was always a kind and thoughtful person. My prayers are with you.
