Menne; devoted father of John Petersen (Jennifer) Menne and Pamela Duchesne (Tom) Handel; cherished grandfather of Andrew (Katie) Handel, Colin (Morgan) Handel, Brice Handel, Justin Menne, Matthew Menne, and Nicholas Menne; loving great grandfather of Addie Handel; dear brother of Greg (Gina) Menne and the late Dr. Marvin (the late Pat) Menne; dear uncle, cousin and friend to many.
Services: Funeral Mass at St. Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Church, St. Louis, Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. It’s been 40+ years ago when I first met Larry as John’s dad. Larry came home from work and moles had been tunneling in the front yard. Larry muddled some profanity, got a can of gas from the garage and poured it down some mole holes. Problem resolved. Great man and family. My heart goes out to them
