Not sure what to say?

It had been my honor and privilege to have known Mr. Larry Miggins . He was a gentle giant who had a natural command presence but was always ready to help one out with acts or sage advise . Above all I relish the memory of how he would light up when he spoke of the saints . He was the quintessential family man who loved his wife and children as well as his extended family. There´s not too many men who could lay claim to such deserving accolades. You will always be a memory in our hearts....

Noreen, I am so sorry for your family´s loss. Your father´s obituary chronicled such a rich and faithful life. He will be deeply missed by many. Pamela

I fondly remember Coach and Mrs. Miggins seeing them in church usually at 9:00 a.m. at St. Anne's. We have lost a good man and so has MLB, but God has gained another angel in heaven. God Bless and Kathleen please let us know if we can ever do anything for you. Oscar H. Martinez Head Usher St. Anne Catholic Community.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

Noreen, I am saddened that I just found out about your Father. I would have been there. I am joyful that the Angels are rejoicing over such a Wonderful, strong, talented, God fearing man whose earthly life speaks volumes to the glory that awaited Him. I love, I pray comfort for mom, and the Family. I'm here ANYTIME I can be of SERVICE. You were there for me. Blessings and Peace from GOD our FATHER. I LOVE YOU!

I don't know him, never met him, but read this obituary and would like to offer the loved ones my condolences. He was clearly quite a man. Every once in awhile they are seen, like Hayley's Comet. Quite a life. Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord. May he rest in peace, amen.

I was at the game when Jackie Robinson came on the scene. Unreal! We were diehard Jersey City Giant fans. We remember Larry. God bless him.

Gone, but not forgotten. RIP

I'm sure I met Larry at Matt and Penny's wedding almost 30 years ago. I probably only heard one paragraph of this amazing life story. Maybe angels lead him into Paradise and the martyrs come to welcome him on the way and with the poor man, Lazarus, who is poor no longer may he attain everlasting any eternal life. Amen
