Actually reached out to doobie via email bout 2 months before his passing....shared a couple laughs...loved his great personality, laughed bout time he and flatley were yelling down to me from bleachers at millersville ship game, congratulated him on all his successes...doob, you were a humble gregarious awesome guy. God bless my man.

I do not know where to begin this? Doobie, You have been my friend, and a part of my family and that will never stop. I know that you and Tim are in Heaven together. I was Doobie's RA at Millersville. He was always a kind and funny guy, with a smile to share. I'd not seen him since school but am not surprised to see how talented he was. May he rest in peace and may his family be surrounded by love.

I am shocked and saddened to learn of Doobie's passing. I only ever knew him as Peter's little brother growing up in Merion. What a happy boy! He was proud of Peter, loved his family, and happy to see friends like me stopping over.

I am very sorry for the Nowlan family. I'm glad Mr.& Mrs. Nowlan didn't have to witness Doobie's untimely death, but feel bad for them nonetheless.
