Not sure what to say?

I started working with Larry in the late 80s and that relationship continued until 2013 when I retired. I just learned of Larrys passing while reading the news about the Reuben Center in Indianapolis. Larry and I would talk several times a month on topics from investments to politics to faith and family. We would talk about our Emilys as I have a daughter named Emily. When he would call, I would have to stop everything and concentrate because he talked rapidly and his wit was so sharp that...

It is with a heavy heart that I have heard this news. Larry was ahead of me in law school and a great servant to humanity. He will be greatly missed.

To you, my friend.

We were friends in high school and regretfully ,I had not seen Larry since then as I moved to Minneapolis and then to Denver. He was very kind, friendly , and always willing to help someone with his school-work. I am shocked and sadden to hear about his passing as we have lost another wonderful classmate.

I just learned of Mr. Reuben death today. I believe him to have been a true Public Servant. The world is a better place for having had him in it. God bless his soul.

Like Former Speaker John Gregg, I first met Larry in connection with recounts of House elections - but I was on the other side. Larry was a fierce competitor and creative debater, and I enjoyed the challenges he threw down - always with a twinkle in his eye. Will always remember the last time I saw Larry, when he said to me, "Leslie, you're a very smart lawyer, excellent, really, and a good kid. I don't know why you're a Republican." He made me laugh, even after a difficult battle. I'll...

I worked with Larry at the Department of Insurance. He was the best boss I ever had and taught me so much about practicing law with integrity. He then became a friend. He would always say "Emily needs a new pair of shoes" when talking about his fees. He will be greatly missed.

I moved to Indianapolis to work for Larry after graduating from law school. I have so many fun memories from working together. There is no one else like Larry. He holds a special place in my heart and will be missed by many.

Candi and Emily - I am so sorry to hear these news. My deepest sympathies.

I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
