I have lost touch with you since my mother died. We were celebrating my dad's 85th birthday in WI this past weekend when my sister-in-law told me that Larry had died. I am sorry for your loss and would love to touch base with you both. Pam Moritz Johnson [email protected]

I also was a FIRST Cousin to Lawrence. Like my Sister Suzanne Swendner Callas Johnson I recall the Booyas in No. St. Paul.
Living on the West Coast I'm largely out of contact with this facet of FAMILY ...... please accept my belated condolences.

Lawrence was my first cousin. My father was his mother Mary's brother. The last time I saw Lawrence was when he attended my father's funeral in l988. My father's name was also Lawrence. I do remember attending his wedding at the University of MN when I was a young girl. We used to call him "Sonny" when he was young and remember booyas at their house in N. St. Paul. Nancy and Marc, I think Larry taught me what it means to be a "little brother" Don't recall he ever allowed me to drive any of his cars until I was 35 years old or more. But I'm most grateful that he introduced me to the world of flying about 1940 or so. We will all greatly miss Larry.

Our thoughts are with the family during this difficult time.
