Not sure what to say?

I was stunned when Skip LaDuque phoned with the sad news of our dear friend Larry Sage...affectionately remembered as Gino amongst his IHS pals! Larry was always the coolest guy in the group...funny...everyone lit up around Larry ...he was always upbeat...very athletic...handsome...constant smile...he was kind and caring to all that knew him...I have so many fond memories of him...I remember (as Larry D'Angelo also recalled) the time we were driving my blue truck around Durand Park...and for...

Just heard about Larry's passing through an email from Don Megerle in Mass...Although very sad news.... speaks to the benefits of technology and also of Larry's impact on others, for I received other emails from Rochester and Florida in the last few minutes...

Thought of Larry most recently in the last few days, reflecting on playing Lacrosse at MCC in the early '70's. Interesting how those thoughts pass through our mind...

FUNNY...FUNNY...FUNNY man...think of many...

My thoughts and prayers are with Larry's family. It seems like yesterday that Larry and I were running around Cinnabar, going to Cub Scout meetings, playing endless baseball games at Iroquois, and earning the the wrath of the nuns at St. Thomas. He was a good friend. I'm sure he was a good man and a great Bumpa. I'm a Bumpa too.
Sincerely,
Dave Brookins
