Joe and I are saddened to read of Larry's passing. What great memories we have of our encounters with him. Joe enjoyed City of Canton jobs with him at the forefront. I appreciated all the vegetables he would leave on my front porch from his garden. Every encounter with Larry left a smile on our faces. He truly was a kind and funny wit gentleman.
