Read MoreMy heart goes out to Sharyl for the loss of her beloved husband Larry. He was a good friend, full of compassion, generosity and good spirits. I will miss him. I shall always be grateful that he accompanied and encouraged me on my last hike to Cascade Pass. Neither of us were confident I would make it but with Larry's steadfast encouragement we got to the top. I shall always be grateful.
