On July 12, 2004, Lawrence “ Larry” Tocci, of Marlborough died after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was the son of the late Loreto and Elizabeth Litchenberg ( Tocci). He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Jackie Tocci, of Marlborough, his son Barry and his wife Michele Tocci, of Milford, and his daughter Wendy Brown and her husband Jim, of Bellingham. He is also survived by his adored and cherished granddaughters Alyssa Tocci and Jordyn Brown. He was also the brother of the late Gerald Tocci, of New Jersey.
Mr. Tocci was educated in the Newton Public School System, and graduated from Wentworth Institute, Boston, MA. in 1958. He served in the United States Marine Corps.
He had been the owner of L.E.T. Manufacturing in Marlborough since 1982.
He had been active for many years in Marlborough Youth Hockey, and loved to golf.
A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, July 15, 2004, at 10:00 a.m. in St. Ann’s Church, 466 Lincoln St., Marlborough, MA. Burial will follow in Newton Cemetery, Walnut St., Newton Centre, MA.
Calling hrs will be held on Wednesday, July 14, 2004 from 4-8 p.m. in the Slattery Funeral Home, Inc., 40 Pleasant St., Marlborough, MA.
