Hand and Foot.

It's a variant of the card game Canasta, and a game that our family would play regularly. I'd partner with my grandfather, and he and I would quite often win the game. To the point that other teams would try to purposely wreck us. To the point that we had to keep scorecards where we lost so that we could be reminded now and again. And when one of us would ask the other, "Shall we go out?" we'd immediately get to hear, "No!" or, "I'm not even in my foot yet!"
