Dear Julie,
I am so sorry that you lost your precious dad. He was such a very special man. I remember him as a quiet, fun, wonderful Christian man who was very wise. I always thought that he must have been a good listener since your mom always had many things to talk about. They seemed like such a great couple. Just think, Lawrnn is now home with his Lord and he is at glorious peace. I pray for your family that they have comfort and peace from our Lord.

Lawrnie was my cousin and about nine years older than me. He was (and is) my hero. I looked up to him because he was real, kind, gracious and fun to be around. He was a frequent guest at our family's holiday retreat at Silver Lake, and I can't tell you the fun we had together, We waterskiied, slowly rode around the lake at night in our Chris Craft boat and sang songs such as "You are my sunshine" ,etc. He brought his friends to the lake and Donna too, and together we enjoyed what life...
