Not sure what to say?

Larry was larger then life. Even before I met him in person, I knew him thru the "cousin stories". I am very grateful that I got to hear his rendition of Oklahoma at our first actual meeting. He helped make family gatherings something to look forward to. I am sorry that I had so little time with him.

Larry will be greatly missed by us all. He was always the center of attention at our family gatherings, keeping us in stitches with his stories and when he would sit at the piano....even the most out of tune one didn't stand a chance against him! However, he was also insightful, sensitive, and provided a listening ear if you ever needed to talk. I will miss him dearly. He will always hold a place near and dear to my heart. I know he's smiling on us all from Heaven today.

Bob and I will miss cousin Larry and are so unbelievably sad that he was stolen from us as well as his other friends and family so early in his life. I will remember him often but especially when I'm cooking mussels for our mutual friends.

Frances, Elise and Larry's cousins,
Thoughts were with you Wednesday. Over the past few years Larry's participation in events at Weatherford allowed me to know him better. He was there for holidays and birthdays, helping and being part of the family. As a Gentile guest during a Sedar observance in 2003, Larry made a thoughtful toast for Jews and Gentiles alike. He was special.

Cousin Larry was a member of our "family of friends" here in Weatherford. We shared many grand times with him. He was very much beloved, and is deeply mourned by his friends here. Larry enriched the lives of everyone he met with his intelligence, his wit, and of course, his stories. I feel truly blessed to have shared a friendship with such an extraordinary person, and I miss him tremendously. Larry shone like a bright light, and that light now helps me in this darkest of times to remember...

My deepest sympathies are with your family at this time. I am saddened by the death of such a warm and gifted person. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Sincerely,
Sherri Blalack

I will truly miss having cousin Larry in my life. When I visited, we often stayed up late sharing laughter and having heated debates. He was easy to talk with and fascinating to listen to. What a sadness to lose such a gentle soul in such a tragic way.

Larry's enthusiasm and energy will always be inspiring. He was an asset to Dallas, and his death is a great loss to all who knew him. My condolences to his family.

I worked for Larry right out of college, but it wasn't until years later that I realized how truly sensitive a man he really was. I learned a lot from Larry, and felt loved and trusted as one of his friends. My condolences go out to his family, whom he adored and spoke of lovingly.
