Larry was such a great guy, happy and interesting. Of course he inspired me to join the Navy. He was fun to be with and always had a sea tale to tell.

I never had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Wood, but he must have been a very special person to have had a daughter like Linda. I cannot attend the services, but you will be in my thoughts and my prayers.
