I fondly remember the wonderful smiles and cheerful greetings and conversations with L.C. Ridenour during my weekly visits at Kendal to see another friend living there. We would be sitting near the 'Bird Cage' and L.C. would come walking along and stop for a little visit with us. He was a lovely person, interesting, cheerful and friendly. My heartfelt condolences to George and the rest of the Ridenour family.

This may be a final tribute, a day to celebrate Dad Ridenour's life and say our goodbyes; but it’s not final. Everyday we’ll celebrate in some way, just by the virtue of how he touched our lives, the absolute and incredible fortune that we knew him as a great gentleman, a dear friend and a member of our family.

Our memories of Dad Ridenour are many and our time with him precious.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Mr. Ridenour was a loving and caring man. He was also a generous man, as evidenced by the many gifts of charity over the years, and which will continue through the foundation he established in the family name.

We will always remember all the wonderful times we had over the past years; the holidays, the picnics and many other gatherings at home of George and Jeanette. Mr. and Mrs. Ridenour loved Christmas music and we remember one holiday as we all gathered in the family room to sing...
