Layne has been on my mind for weeks as the anniversary of his passing draws near. Knowing him is a treasure I will always hold close to my heart. Sending prayers to his family and those who knew and loved him.

So sorry to hear of the loss of Layne West. We, here in Walterboro, knew him a short time while he was employed with the City. He was dear to us and we are deeply sorry for his loss.

So very sorry to hear of your loss. He and Scott had many good times. We laughed together about their silliness.
