Not sure what to say?

This popped up in my email. Hope the family is doing well. I often share stories about him. Sometimes he would visit our shop just to get away and kinda hide!

I think of Tony often. It was a pleasure to know and work for him.

This was a great loss. I am thinking about Tony, as we called him in school. He was a quality individual and we need more educators and people like him. Rest Peacefully my friend.

I can't believe it has been a year, I have missed you so much this past year. Dianne

So sorry to hear of Tony's passing. I'm from Marlinton originally, and knew Tony as a young boy and man and also know his parents. I'll always remember him as friendly and sweet when you was young and I'm sure he hadn't changed a bit....my sympathies are with his family, including his parents. I know he will be greatly missed...

I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Beverage's passing. He was my civics teacher at Smithfield High School in the late 1980s. He was such a great teacher and a kind-hearted, funny and genuine person. I will always remember him as one of my favorite teachers.

I have just learned of Mr. B's passing. I was one of his first students at Smithfield High School. He was a great teacher and we all loved being in his class. I offer my sympathy and heart felt prayers for your loss. I will always remember how kind he was to us all.

My children's lives were greatly touched and affected by this man and his family in many positive ways over the years. He was everything a good principal should be and a wonderful mentor to my children who had the pleasure of knowing him on a personal level as well. He was a great, respectable and honorable man and he and his family will always hold a special place in our hearts. We are very sorry for the loss of such a special person and our deepest sympathy is with Sandy, Lon and Hannah....

A friend, a mentor, a great dude.
