Dick was my commanding officer while I was stationed in Guam (1962-1963). He was more like a father to us young guys under him. Very fair and easy going. I wish I could have stayed in touch with him. RIP Lt Litzinger.

A truly wonderful man, husband, and father. A true servant of God. He will be greatly missed at NAMI, but will always be remembered for his tireless work and help for those less fortunate. I will miss his wonderful personality and that big smile. Rest in Peace.
