Dear Dadas Family, Not sure if you remember me but I met Leah and her amazing soul at CSU. We quickly became friends which also meant any friend of mine was a friend of my daughter Selena. Leah, Selena and I made plans and went on a weekend camping trip to Lilly Dale. She taught my Selena and I so much and we often reminensce on the amazing stories that took place that weekend. Years later, my daughter I can still remember the song that Leah shared with us on that road trip -- "Down to the...

Sooo very sad to learn this, and sorry at such a late date, but my prayers go out to the family...My heart is broke, she was a close friend, it had been many years, but about 4 or 5 years ago we reconnected...I just thought it had been too long and I should check in when I learned the news... I met Leah at O.U. She was a very respected and valued member of the Native American Club on campus. I had grown up across the street from a 1st generation greek family, so I learned to love Greek...

I am so sorry to hear about Leah. I had her as an instructor for the book The Artists Way at Cuyahoga Community College. Just today I was browsing through the book and decided to look her up......and of course learned of her passing. I just want to tell you I am deeply saddened. I
thought she was amazing...a shining spirit and a courageous and beautiful person. My heart goes out to you. Carolyn Frankel-Krieger

Georgia,
I went to high school with you, Linda (Kaptein) Bernard. I look at the obits every day and noticed your name in your daughter's death notice. I am just 'so sorry' I send my thoughts and prayers to you and your family!
May the Lord hold you up during this difficult time and just pour HIS grace onto you and Mike and family. May HE be with you today, tomorrow and always!

Dear Dadas Family, I am deeply sorry for the loss of Leah. She was such an amazing strong woman and she will forever be remembered. I will never forget the the good times we had! My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
