Leah was a great lady! I am shocked and saddened by the news of her passing. I had the opportunity to work with Leah at the Laguna Gander (my fun job) as a gift wrapper in the late 90s and stayed on until 2001. I loved that store! My heart goes out to Dixie and Barbara (I worked with them both although they may not remember me.) God speed Leah.

I had the pleasure of working for Lee at the Laguna Gander for 3 yrs back in the late 90's, Lee was my favorite boss of all time!! Always smiling with a zest for life. She had a wacky taste that kept the Gander going for almost 30years. It was always a pleasure to run into her through out the years.I am saddened to hear of her passing, my heart& prayers go out to Dixie, her family and friends.

To all of the Leary's from a friend here in Rochester. My name is Barb Huurman Farah and Leah and I back in the late 50's became good friends. My brother Walt Huurman was also close to Leah. Walt was stationed in California and during that time I visited Walt, Leah and had a great time. She is so special and will be missed by everyone whose lives she touched.
