Dear Carol and family, We are planning the 125th Anniversary celebration of our church and Rev. Lee Bayer is remembered as a significant part of our history from 1966-1973. He mentored our youth and directed them in a production of Arthur Miller's "All My Sons" - a play that touched my heart and soul so deeply I have never, ever forgotten that night. As a young teenager, we were blessed to have a man so committed to the ministry of youth. It appears he had a blessed life.

I am so saddened to see this. Lee was such a wonderful community leader. I worked with him through both Byron Center Public Schools and Byron Community Ministries. The heavens will be glowing with his arrival home. Sympathies and blessings to his family.

Dear Carol,
This is a voice from the past. I remember both of us working in Oncology at Blodgett and how we supported each other during that time.I really appreciated you. Now I would like to return the favor and tell you that I will support both you and Lee with my prayers. I am so sorry for your loss - but be comforted in knowing that you are in my most fervent prayers at this hard time.God bless you and keep you in His arms. Ruth

Mrs. Bayer, Jennifer, Priscilla, and Gary,
I'm saddened to hear of the passing of your husband/father. However, as we all believe, he is rejoicing in heaven and will watch over you until you are called home. I'll pray for your family. Unfortunately, I can't make it to the funeral. Jen, I would love to connect with you again. You can email me at [email protected] and I'll give you my phone number.
