Not sure what to say?

I just saw this and wow, I feel a real loss. Sitting here trying to remember how I me Lee. It was one of his many projects he had brewing in his head. We spent many hours talking about what he had in mind and how to make it work. I really loved it when he came to my shop and we would sit and talk. Our work conversation always turned into casual talk and he ALWAYS had a story of what he had done during his days and every time I found myself saying "no way your making that up!" I wish I had...

I knew Lee through his wife DeeAnn, who was my 3rd grade student the 1st year I taught school. We corresponded thereafter and I learned in DeeAnn´s wonderfully descriptive letters about the creative, adventurous Lee, the births and lives of their children, and the happiness Lee brought to them all. Bringing my friend DeeAnn that contentment made me respect Lee for the terrific person he was. Barbra Dickman Woo

So sorry to hear of this loss Dee. May he rest in peace.

R.I.P. Lee, I remember those NMSU NCAA tournament days.

I worked for Lee for several years in various capacities in engineering for the different designs he would come up with, it was challenging but working with him was not always work, it was fun seeing his designs come to be and put into production. I enjoyed working with him and he was more than a boss but a great friend, RIP my friend.

I worked for Lee for a short period of time in the late 90's. I will never forget how dynamic of a person he was. I was rather timid back then and he gave me the opportunity to travel out of state to a trade show to Atlanta for the first time in my life. Lee and his wife made everyone at work feel as though they were part of their family, not just employees. In my short time knowing him, he left an impact and I will never forget how passionate he was about Signs and Shapes International. May...

Lee was such a character; I adored chatting with him when he visited our Cyber Seniors tech group. He was always ready with stories and even shared the biography--filled with adventure!--written by one of his kids with me. Lee always updated me with his latest plans for a motorized butterfly costume. His enthusiasm and humor were infectious! He will be greatly missed.

Lee was one of our favorite visitors at the DoSpace Cyber Senior program. His grace, generosity and friendly demeaner endeared him to all of our team of volunteers. He will be missed. Condolences and prayers to the family .

Dee Ann and family, George and were so saddened to hear of Lee's passing. We didn't realize what an amazing life he lived until reading the obituary. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family for the lord bless with peace and comfort.
