In 1960 I joined Master Specialties company. Over the following 13 years I worked as Director of Manufacturing and Director of Engineering. During this time I enjoyed reporting to Don Hallerberg and then to Lee Hallerberg.To me it was a great gift because it was the foundation for even higher growth in the rest of my career. My Condolence and prayers go to Lee.

The Hallerberg family generous to me and my
career. I worked For Master Specialties Company from 1960 Through 1973 as Director of Manufacturing and then Director of Engineering. At different times I had the pleasure reporting directly to Don Hallerberg or Lee Hallerberg.
I am 80 years old today and the joy of my life started with being associated with Lee and the Hallerberg family.
