JACKSON, Lee – Of Grand Blanc, age 75, died Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at Genesys Regional Medical Center.



 



Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road.



 



Visitation 1-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.



  



Lee was born in Benton Harbor, Michigan on September 24, 1940, the son of Earl and Lillian (Wilty) Jackson.



 



On June 14, 1974 he married Beverly J. Anderson.



He loved family, friends and dancing.



 



Mr. Jackson retired from General Motors, with 47 years of service and worked part time at Al Serra.



 



Surviving are loving wife, Beverly J.;



 



children, Larry D. (Lesley) Anderson,



Catherine L. Airgood and Carrie L. (Sean) Tourgee;



 



10 grandchildren;



 



8 great-grandchildren;



 



brother, Marshall (Sue) Jackson;



 



sister-in-law, Carol Tremblay;



many nieces, nephews and cousins.



 



He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Lillian (Wilty) Jackson and brother-in-law, Ray Tremblay.

I worked with Lee Jackson in the GM SPO Pontiac plant he was a good man rest in peace Lee so sorry for your loss

Bev I am so sorry to hear of Lees passing. At Trembley family parties it was easy to see your love for each other and your spirit for enjoying life. Special prayers for Bev and sister Carol Trembley.

I worked with Lee at what we called it then Otterburn (G.M.Parts,Miller rd.) I would have a few card parties at my home and most of the time Lee would clean us out,and i remember him as a very witty man. I left the plant and went into the Music business,and would see him from time to time at a place i would play around town. R.I.P my friend,,,My condolences to the Family
