Leroy was a very humble and gracious individual. RIP!!

He was a Great American and my childhood hero. God Bless.

Mark and I were so sad to hear about Lee Roy. A true champion and a person of kindness and integrity. Our love and prayers to Biddie and the family. Fond memories of having them come by in Tuscaloosa. Always so kind to everybody.

Sincere condolences on Lee Roy's passing. This is a great loss! Lee Roy was a leader in all that he did, both on and off the football field. It was my Honor to Introduce him many times as Dallas Cowboys PA Announcer, particularly during the Team's run to their first Super Bowl victory in Super Bowl VI. He was a great player, great man and great friend. May God Bless my Friend Lee Roy Jordan and the Family.

Biddie, I´m so sorry for your loss. I will pray for your family in hopes you all can cope with this sad loss!

I did not know Mr. Jordan, but he was one of my childhood heroes. Eventhough I am an Auburn alumnus and fan, we were so proud watching Mr. Jordan and Auburn great Dave Edwards playing side by side in Dallas. But more than that we admired his character. He was an example of how we should live. May God hold him in His heart and comfort all who loved him. With deepest condolences,

Lee Roy Jordan was not only a great football, who by the way should have been inducted into the Pro football Hall Of Fame Years ago, but a great man and I believe Christian. I have always been a fan of his. He will be missed by everyone. My condolences to his family, praying for all of you and his friends and other fans

May you rest in peace sir
